1. Service

KeyReply AI provides automated lead response, qualification, scheduling and follow-up tools to real estate professionals. Use of this website and service means you accept these terms.

2. SMS program terms

• Program: Conversational and appointment-related messages about your real estate inquiry, sent on behalf of the agent you contacted.
• Consent: You receive texts only after you submit a form with the SMS consent checkbox, text us first, or otherwise give consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: Varies by conversation.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll receive one confirmation and no further texts.
• Help: Reply HELP or email contact@keyreplyai.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Sample form consent language: "By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from {Agent/Brokerage} about my inquiry, including appointment scheduling and follow-ups. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

3. Client responsibilities

Agent clients must only upload contacts who gave valid consent and must comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing laws and carrier rules.

4. Fees

Setup fees and monthly retainers are as quoted. Plans are month to month and may be canceled with 30 days' notice.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
